1. Do you do custom work?
We do make custom arrangements. Our designers can work with you customizing something extraordinary for your home, office, restaurant, or hotel. We can work with either any of our exsisting bases or you may also send us your base for us to work in. We will provide you with estimates prior to commencing work on the arrangement. 2. Are all of your flowers natural?
Yes, all of our flowers are 100% natural. They are either kirn dried or preserved. The only unatural component to our pieces are our decorative fruit.

3. Where do your dried flowers come from?
Our flowers come from different parts of the world, the United States, Holland, France, Ecuador, Israel, Brazil, and many other countries. The greenhouses in Holland produce one the highest quality roses and tulips in the world. Our ultra blue lavender is grown in the beautiful region of Provence, where the climatic conditions are so perfect that it is only here where you will find such fragrant lavender. Provence is the birthplace for the most splendid perfumes in existence today are created.

4. How long do your flowers last?
Depending on the types of flowers in your arrangement, most will last from 2-5 years, provided that they are kept and maintained the proper environments. We recommend that you keep all arrangements our of direct sun-light, indoors, and away from humid conditions. We also recommend that you keep the dust from accumulating onto the arrangements. You may do this gentely with either a feather duster or we also recommend that you use air in a can (used for computer keyboards).

5. How do I take care of and clean the arrangements?
1. Keep out of direct sunlight and humidity. 2. Keep indoors only. 3. Dust arrangements as needed with either a feather duster or by using canned-air (used for computer keyboards). You may also resort to simply blowing over your arrangement to remove any dust. The key is that you do this periodically. 3. Our arrangements enjoy being admired moreso than being touched. 4. Do not ingest. If you do ingest then please see a doctor immediately.

6. How do I take care of the salad bowls and the trays ?
1. Do not submerge under water. 2. Do not place in the dishwasher. 3. Wash by hand with a gentle sponge. 4. Do not microwave. 5. Trays contain a glass cover that you may remove and wash under the sink. You may clean the tray itself with a damp soapy cloth.

8. What is your sales policy?
DriedFlowerShop.com has a no refund or exchange policy. Dried flowers are perishable items that are fragile in their nature. Therefore, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.

9. What happens if my merchandise is damaged while in transit?
If you receive damaged merchandise please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at 1.877 374-3335 (1 877 DRIED-FL). Please maintain the original box and packaging material until it is picked up and inspected by UPS. We will send you out a replacement piece immediately.

12. How far in advance should I order any party favors or wedding bouquets?

For the moment, we only have our on-line catalog. Our collections change too frequently. However, we will gladly keep your information on file, as we do send out promotional mailings often.
